Frequently Asked Question or Help

Some of the frequent questions that I receive through emails are listed below. If you have any other questions that are not listed, please post your questions here since I can no longer check my email frequently.

1. How do I download movies here?

- Most of the movies are divided into parts and uploaded to two main file hosting websites - megaupload and depositfiles. You must download all parts and use programs such as Winrar to extract the files in order to play them. Please check the useful tools to download Winrar

2. How do I play subtitles?

- In order to view subtitles (often .srt or .idx format), the subtitle files must be in the same folder and have the same name as the video files. You can use VLC player to automatically play the subtitles. To use Windows Media Player, you need to install a separate program called Vobsub (check useful tools for link) in order to view the subtitles. For your convenience, I already edit the subtitle name and movie files to be the same and place them in the same folder so you should be able to play the subtitles easily.

3. Can you upload files to different hosting services?

- There are several free hosting services, however I choose Megaupload and Depositfiles because I have premium accounts with these two services which makes it easier for me to organize and upload my files. I am sorry but I will not upload to other websites. Viewers are more than welcome to upload files to other hosting websites and share them here.

4. I can't extract files after downloading all parts?

- If you download all parts and receive errors while extracting them, maybe one of the parts is corrupted. Identify the corrupted parts and download them again.

5. Can I download and extract different parts from different hosting servers?

- These parts are interchangeable which means you can download one from megaupload, one from depositfiles and extract them. I upload the same files, just to different hosting websites.

If you have any more questions or need more help, please post them in the comment section, I will try to answer them as soon as possible. Thank you and enjoy the movies.

Looking for international phone cards?

It's quite expensive to make international phone calls to Asian countries compared to other European countries. I have to say, my parents spend hundreds of dollars on prepaid phone cards that they bought from Asian super markets. Fortunately, I have found another way to save my parents some money and get them more minutes to talk to the relatives. www.therichcom.com provided the most extensive collection of prepaid phone cards or international phone services to any countries in the world. My mom used to buy a $5 phone card that allows her to talk about 30 minutes maximum, but with therich.com she can talk up to 169 minutes with just $5 value at the rate of 3 cents per minutes, way cheaper than any phone dealers out there. Another great feature of this service is that customers can visit the website and search for best phone cards to call from United States to virtually anywhere in the world with much cheaper rates than from large companies like at&t, sprint, etc. You can also choose cards with or without connection fee, and they also have online guide to choose the best card for your money. So why not stop wasting your money now and talk more with www.therich.com.

How to eat oysters properly?

Pearl, one of the most elegant jewelry nowadays, and how do we make pearl? Very easy, we use oysters to naturally create beautiful pearl. In addition to making pearl, oysters can also make a very delicious and healthy dish as well. But eating an oyster is as not as easy as eating a fruit, you have to know which type of oyster to eat, how to prepare the oysters, when to eat them, or even what to eat with oysters. Lucky for us, Gulf oysters is a very useful website that can provide many information about oysters.
Gulf oysters provide health related information with regards to oysters, in which condition you should avoid eating oysters. One of my favorites features of this website is the recipes section where you can learn how to make the most delicious dishes by using oysters. Personally, i prefer to eat oysters when it is raw, with a lot of lime juice in it to make sure the oyster is cooked enough, and a little of salt mixed with pepper, and the last but not least ingredient is tabasco sauce which spices up the flavor. And one of the tips to enjoy the flavor and get rid of the raw smell in your mouse is when chewing the oyster, don't breathe, just chew slowly and savor the sweet juice of the oyster mixed with other flavors. Remember to chew slowly to make sure you won't choke on it, lol. And here is a picture of my buddy eating oysters for the first time, looks like he enjoyed it as much as I did.

Visit Gulf oysters for more information about oysters.

How to play a subtitile with VLC player

Lately, I've been getting emails asking me how to play a movie with subtitle (extension .srt) with a video player. There are two ways:

1. Windows Media Player: first you have to download Vobsub and install this program. Then, put the subtitle file and the video file in the same folder. Once they are in the same folder, just double click the video file to play the movie, the subtitle will be played automatically.

2. VLC: different from Windows Media Player, when you use VLC, the subtitle file doesn't have to be in the same folder as the video file. But to make it easier, I recommend you to have both of the files in the same place. First, download and install VLC player (you can find it in the useful tools section in the side bar). Then double click the VLC icon, then click "File", then choose "Open File" or "Ctrl-F". First, choose the video file you want to open, then check the "Use a subtitles file". Then click ok.

I prefer to use Windows Media Player to play the subtitle because it's easier to control with Vobsub. But sometimes, when you can only use VLC to play the video part, then you can use the second method to play the subtitle. I hope this helps you guys and enjoy more upcoming movies.
